Payment/Shipping

The order will be processed within 2 and 4 working days (4-6 days over Christmas/holidays) upon its receipt. 

In case of truck delivery, we will contact the customer to agree on the date of delivery.

The dates and terms of delivery are not binding. 

The terms of delivery indicated by banzai.ch are given under condition that banzai.ch is supplied correctly and on time by its suppliers and manufacturers.

For orders of less than Fr. 50.-- will be charged to the administrative costs for small order of Fr. 9.90

For each item is reported the delivery period; in the event of delays should be the customer will be notified.

We do not take any responsibility in case of errors of product picture, text or price.

FREE SHIPPING up to a 30 Kg max. 
(except for truck deliveries or express in which case the costs will be indicated and billed separately)
Package delivery by courier will occur on working days from Monday to Friday. 

When ordering, the customer can choose the preferred place of delivery of the package (home, workplace, etc.). 

If at the time of package delivery, the customer was not to be found, the courier will leave a written notice indicating the closest place for pick-up.

Supplies by truck (for bulky items such as transportation cages, birds cages) Price on request

The goods are delivered by the courier to the front door of the house; transportation to the apartment is at the charge of the customer.

Transport insurance (optional): insure your parcel with a surcharge of 3% of the value of the goods.
